    • Business name, title, and role.
    • Billing and payment information.

    Business & Brand Information

    • Social media account credentials and access tokens.
    • Brand assets including logos, images, videos, and style guidelines.
    • Business strategies, goals, and marketing preferences.

    Content & Usage Data

    • Content created, published, or scheduled on the Client's behalf.
    • Social media analytics, engagement metrics, and performance data.
    • Communication records between the Company and the Client.

    We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

    • To provide, manage, and deliver the social media management services outlined in the Service Agreement.
    • To create, schedule, and publish content on the Client's social media platforms.
    • To develop content strategies and provide recommendations.
    • To process payments and manage billing.
    • To communicate with the Client regarding deliverables, approvals, and account updates.
    • To improve our services and internal processes.

    4How We Protect Your Information

    We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the personal information we collect from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. This includes the use of secure systems, limited access controls, and encrypted communication where applicable.

    In order to provide our services, the Client grants the Company access to their social media accounts. The Company agrees to use this access solely for the purpose of delivering the contracted services. Access credentials are stored securely and are not shared with unauthorized parties.

    Upon termination of services, the Company will revoke its own access to the Client's accounts within a reasonable timeframe, or upon written request from the Client.

    7Data Retention

    We retain personal information and business data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, or as required by law. Upon termination of services, we may retain certain records for our internal archives, legal compliance, or dispute resolution purposes.
